Benjamin Nolan-Stone is a seasoned entrepreneur and advisor with deep expertise in the leisure and hospitality sector, funding strategy, and business growth. Over the last two decades, he has held senior board roles with leading UK operators, helping scale resort and holiday portfolios and successfully raising and structuring tens of millions in private equity, debt facilities, and project finance.
His experience spans the full lifecycle of leisure and hospitality businesses: from concept creation and strategic planning through to capital raising, acquisitions, and development execution. Ben has worked with investors, developers, and operators to deliver growth across both established assets and new ventures.
Through Altura, he brings this expertise to a select portfolio of clients in the UK and UAE. His approach blends entrepreneurial agility with institutional discipline, ensuring every project is commercially sound, strategically positioned, and built for sustainable success.

Edward Andrews is a highly experienced investment and development professional with over 18 years of expertise across private equity, corporate finance, and project finance.
His career has spanned global institutions and entrepreneurial ventures, with a consistent focus on real assets, operational real estate, and sustainable investment strategies.
Edward is currently Corporate Development Director at Ashcourt Group, a leading privately-owned industrial company based in Yorkshire, where he leads growth strategy across building materials, waste, recycling and a range of contracting and development services. He is also a Partner at ABT Capital, a specialist private equity firm focused on operational real estate, where his investments have included Oak Housing (affordable housing), UK Country Parks (premium holiday resorts with a strong sustainability ethos), Gara Rock (Sunday Times Best Seaside Hotel 2018), and New Century Care.
Previously, Edward co-founded T&B Capital LLP, an independent private equity company backing alternative real estate and operating companies. Investments included Aria Resorts, scaled into one of the UK’s leading leisure and hospitality groups. His earlier career includes senior roles at TPG Capital, Greensphere Capital, EY Infrastructure Advisory (Canada), and Citigroup’s Industrials Investment Banking team.
At Altura, Edward provides strategic guidance on funding, investment structuring, and growth, drawing on his deep experience at the intersection of capital, hospitality, and sustainable development.
Richard Fisher
Board Advisor
Richard Fisher is a global leader in financial technology and capital markets, with over 16 years’ experience shaping electronic trading across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
During his 14-year career at Bloomberg, Richard built and managed businesses spanning more than 30 countries, generating over $100 million in recurring revenue while cultivating relationships with stock exchanges, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. He spearheaded Bloomberg’s expansion into Nigeria and Ghana, growing revenues from $800,000 to $7 million annually in just three years.
An accomplished entrepreneur, Richard has co-founded multiple ventures at the intersection of finance, technology, and education. He is Managing Partner of Amani Capital Partners, unlocking funding opportunities for African enterprises; Co-Founder of Remora Tech, the first provider to complete institutional equity trades electronically across Sub-Saharan Africa; and Co-Founder of Eduk8, a pioneering e-learning platform bringing investment and entrepreneurship skills to students across eight countries.
Richard is also the Founder of PUSH Worldwide, a registered 501(c)(3) operating in nine countries to empower underprivileged youth with mentoring, confidence, and opportunity. His philanthropic drive matches his entrepreneurial spirit, reflecting a vision for business that delivers both profit and purpose.
Born in London to Nigerian and American parents, Richard brings a uniquely international perspective. He has served as a non-executive board member for Environ, partnering with Hitachi and the Nigerian government to deploy biometric technology to tackle banking fraud — the first initiative of its kind in Africa. He also sits on the advisory board of GEMS Wellington School in Dubai, supporting one of the Middle East’s leading education groups.
With a Master’s in Information Technology (E-Commerce) and a Bachelor’s in E-Commerce Technology from the University of Bradford, Richard combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial execution. His track record in scaling businesses, forging global partnerships, and driving sustainable innovation makes him a powerful strategic voice on Altura’s advisory board.
